How Ticketmaster Simulator handles browser-local training data and production analytics.

Product scope

Ticketmaster Simulator is an independent practice experience. It does not connect to Ticketmaster, BTS, venues, sellers, or real ticket inventory.

Data we do not collect

  • No account, password, or profile is required.
  • No real card, wallet, payment, order, or billing data is submitted.
  • No files can be uploaded. Training history stays in this browser and is not stored on our servers.

Browser-local data

The current training run is stored in sessionStorage so a refresh can restore the same tab. Leaderboard entries are stored in localStorage in the same browser. This data stays on the device and can be removed through browser site-data controls.

Infrastructure

Cloudflare serves the static site and the optional feedback function, and may process standard request information needed for delivery, reliability, security, and abuse prevention. Simulator runs and leaderboard scores stay in the browser. Optional feedback submissions are stored in a dedicated D1 database for this site.

Production analytics

On www.ticketmastersimulator.org, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load with analytics and advertising storage denied by default. Before a visitor allows analytics cookies, they may send limited cookieless measurements such as page visits, basic interactions, browser and device details, and IP-derived information. If allowed, they may use analytics cookies or similar identifiers for more complete analytics. The simulated security-code field is explicitly masked for Clarity.

Analytics choices

The site stores the visitor's analytics-cookie choice in localStorage. Choosing decline keeps analytics storage denied while limited cookieless measurement continues; advertising storage stays denied. The Privacy choices control can reopen the panel, changes apply immediately, and browser site-data controls can remove the saved choice.

Advertising and Google services

The site does not currently serve Google ads. If advertising is enabled later, third parties including Google and authorized advertising partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, collect IP addresses or other identifiers, and use prior visits to show or measure ads. Visitors will receive the disclosures and consent controls required for their region before advertising cookies or personalized ads are enabled.

Site feedback

If you use the site feedback form, we store the category, message, page URL, language, and a short device description. A reply email is stored only when you choose to provide one. Nothing is sent until you submit the form.

We use this information to understand bugs and improvement requests and to reply when an email is provided. Training runs and leaderboard scores are not uploaded with feedback.

To ask about stored feedback or request deletion, email [email protected].
